It is of utmost importance to take care of our bodies during this difficult time. There is nothing we can do about the circumstances at hand and it is important to stay calm and centered. Everything happens for a reason. When we quiet our minds and slow down, sometimes we realize how and why circumstances happen. Think of changes as a positive entity. Our number one excuse for everything is that we never ever have enough time. During this pandemic, we have time. We have to learn to use our time wisely.
Stress weakens our immune systems and we need an outlet to relieve ourselves daily. Meditating, Stretching, Yoga, Swimming, Sleeping and eating the right foods will help us stay alive and healthy. Each day is a new day to be grateful for our existence. Be grateful. Be thankful. Remind yourselves everyday that you are blessed and pray that this too shall pass. Have faith. Write down your dreams and goals. Believe you have so much more to accomplish in life. Believe that your destinies and everything you have ever hoped for will be fulfilled.
